PIND Media Audience Analysis

STRATCOMM in partnership with Development and Evaluation Consulting Limited (DECL), a data science consulting company, conducted a national media audience analysis for the Partnership Initiatives for Niger Development (PIND). The study will maximize PIND’s reportage of mainstream media audience reach, promote active use of reliable and verifiable audience data sources. STRATCOMM led the consortium to design media audience analysis methods and tools, reports writing and presentations. PIND is funded by Chevron and established to promote equitable economic development and peace in the Niger Delta through partnerships.
